Wake up. brush teeth. Jog.
6:30am
Cool off, have some water/coffee
breakfast.
Sleep.
Wake up , get a shower, eat a snack , go for walk.
if its too hot or too late ill walk on the treadmill.
9-10pm;
cardio ,strenght training.
Repeat.
Sometime this coming week im going to get my permit & schedule classes at peake.
I intend to transfer to salisbury fall of 2010.
Yes thats alot of hard work
but more on that later.
school starts august 24th.
and thats basically my life right now.
no drama.
no boys.
Simple enough? : )
