Have you ever gone on a water binge?
its actually pretty nice.


When i read some peoples blog and stuff i wonder to myself
and think like, wow?
they sound really fucking fake/really fucking stupid.
and some part of me wants to tell them off.
But the sane part of me tells me to just not even worry about it.
and then i also hope that i dont sound that stupid

but i kinda know i do
I like blogging , i like writing and scribbling and keeping journals for 2 weeks
because i can look back on them and laugh at myself or see how much ive changed.

did i mentioned how good water binging is?

I think water bottles are such a waste of..
of resources.
Honestly why cant companies make one decent bottle that you can refill and take on the go?
I say this bc my moms gotten in the habbit of buying packs of them
and its just like ,why? so much wasted plastic. When i can just refill one?

I have a bottle of smart water who has been with me for the past couple days.
I like it its 23oz and its a pretty thick plastic with a cute little cap thing.
and when you look on the inside theres a little gold fish that says
"spring water is for swimming.
Smart water is for drinking."

cutee.

I always have like a million ideas to blog about through my days.
and they all just kinda disappear.

That gum can be a very useful craving suppressant?
I say craving because im not even sure that most people know what being hungry really feels like
I do however know what its like to want to shove everything in front of you down your troath
(sorry for the image)
I call those cravings
their all in your head your brains shooting at you to eat that delicious slice of pizza
to eat that cookies , to lick the spoon to the last drop of ice cream.
Those are cravings
when your really hungry youd be willing to eat things you dont even usually go for
maybe even something you "hate".


Back to my point
